Overview
Cardinal Scipione Borghese's villa in its gardens, a museum of Renaissance and Baroque sculpture and painting. Bernini's Apollo and Daphne, David, and the Rape of Proserpina, Canova's Paolina Borghese, and Caravaggio's greatest canvases hang in ceiling-frescoed rooms. Entry is strictly timed to 360 visitors per two hours.
