Kimbell Art Museum
Overview
Louis Kahn's vaulted masterwork in golden light, small and world-class. The Kimbell owns one canvas each by Caravaggio, Velazquez, Fra Angelico, Monet, Cezanne, Matisse, and Picasso's Nude Combing Her Hair. The Renzo Piano pavilion across the lawn doubled the space without touching Kahn's.
